Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–7 business days. Once your order is processed, it will be sent to our fulfillment partners for handling and shipment. Processing times may vary slightly during high-volume seasons or holidays.

Shipping Times

Because we use a drop shipping model, your order may be shipped directly from our suppliers and in their branded packaging, who are located in different regions around the Continental United States. Estimated shipping times are as follows:

United States: 7–20 business days

Note: These time frames are estimates and can vary due to factors such as customs delays, shipping carrier issues, or high demand.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders $50 and over, unless stated otherwise. If expedited shipping is available, it will be offered at checkout for an additional fee.

Multiple Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. This is because we work with multiple suppliers and warehouses.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 3–7 business days after shipping for tracking details to become available. Delays may happen, if you have any questions please reach out to us at support@popplekids.com so we can do our best to assist you. 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes upon arrival in your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Delays & Lost Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or incorrect address information. If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at support@popplekids.com and we will assist you.
