Help! I added water to my Sensory Jar and it won't turn on.
Only use tap water when filling your Sensory Jar. Do not use bottled/distilled etc. Ensure you're using 3 brand new high quality AAA batteries and that they are properly aligned. ONLY use a Phillips 1 Screwdriver to remove battery compartment.
How long will each Glo Pals Light-Up Cube last?
Each Light-Up Cube lasts a minimum of sixteen lighted hours. The Light-Up Cubes turn on when placed in water and automatically turn off when fully dry. Only lighted time counts against battery life. On average, each Cube should last about 30 days.
Are the batteries in the Light-Up Cubes replaceable?
They are not. Your child's safety is our top priority. To exceed USA safety standards, the batteries are sealed to reduce the risk of a choking hazard. Though the batteries can't be replaced, our new Cubes are now made with 100% Recycled Plastic!
How do I Turn My Sensory Play Jar Off?
To turn off the light on the Sensory Jar, just store it upside down – this will maximize the battery life. The Sensory Jar has a spill-proof lid and won't leak when it's upside down. To open the lid, push the side handles in while twisting the lid.
How do I switch out the Fun Fillers in my Sensory Play Jar?
When you're ready to switch out your Fun Fillers, simply use a fine mesh strainer or coffee filter to strain them out. Remember – with Fun Fillers a little bit goes a long way! Use a sprinkle of each packet and save the rest for another day of play!
